Job Overview

The successful candidate will have a level 3 qualification in childcare or teaching and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Key responsibilities include ensuring a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children, keeping them safe, and implementing safeguarding procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
  • Keep children safe and implement safeguarding procedures
  • Build relationships with parents and children
  • Meet individual care and learning needs
  • Supervise and support children in meeting their personal targets
  • Provide feedback to parents
  • Adhere to nursery policies and procedures

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including company pension and employee discounts.

Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in childcare or teaching
