Role Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled Deployment Service Delivery Team Lead to support our Deployment service lead in managing 1 of 2 streams of Deployment Project Executives. The successful candidate will oversee and support their team's delivery of services to retailers and coordinate with key 3rd parties to ensure excellent customer service and quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize productivity and quality of outcomes.
  • Lead team members to implement solutions to further optimize deployment delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships between project teams and 3rd parties to improve communication and progress against projects.
  • Optimize the use of the Deployment Management System (Site Tracker) to ensure delivery of the retailer interaction model and quality survey data.

Requirements:

  • Experience in deployment projects from start to finish.
  • Leadership experience in small teams/functions with a multi-skilled skill set.
  • Customer service excellence with a focus on providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative working experience with internal and external team members.
