About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deployment Service Team Leader to join our team at Allwyn UK. As a key member of our deployment team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance & Quality: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and enhance the quality of outcomes.
  • Implementation of Deployment Software: Work closely with our data architecture teams and 3rd party project team to ensure the successful deployment of our software package.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and develop a team of agents, fostering a growth mindset and a strong environment for development and progression.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of our deployment projects.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Work closely with our data analyst to prepare progress reports on deployment project teams' delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience in deployment projects from start to finish.
  • Experience in leading small teams/functions with a multi-skilled skill set.
  • Experience in delivering KPIs/SLAs through their teams.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external team members.
