About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deployment Service Team Leader to join our team at Allwyn UK. As a key member of our deployment team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Deployment Project Executives to deliver high-quality deployment services to our retailers.
  • Work closely with our data architecture teams and 3rd party project teams to ensure the successful delivery of our deployment software.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the deployment planning process.
  • Develop and implement process and procedures to optimize productivity and enhance the quality of outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the deployment planning process.
Requirements
  • Experience of leading small teams/functions with a multi-skilled skill set.
  • Experience of delivering KPIs/SLAs through their teams.
  • Experience in customer services excellence, with a clear focus on providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in working collaboratively with internal and external team members.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize multiple activities.
  • Good problem-solving skills with experience of resolving complex problems.
