Role Purpose

We're seeking a Deployment Coordinator to play a vital role in our end-to-end delivery management for the National Lottery transition. You will oversee installations, de-installations, terminal changes, and related activities within the retailer estate, ensuring uninterrupted service and maximum trading uptime.

As a Deployment Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing customer expectations, coordinating retail events, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure seamless execution across various functions, including Point of Sale (PPOS), Technology, and Field Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer expectations and build relationships with key stakeholders as a central point of contact.
  • Coordinate retail events and activities effectively.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
