Deployment Service Delivery Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deployment Service Delivery Team Lead to join our team at Allwyn UK. As a key member of our Deployment service delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our deployment projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Deployment Project Executives to deliver high-quality services to retailers and coordinate with key 3rd parties.
- Develop and implement process and procedures to optimize productivity and enhance the quality of outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships between project teams and relevant 3rd parties to improve communication and progress against projects.
- Optimize the use of the Deployment Management System (Site Tracker) to ensure delivery of the retailer interaction model and quality survey data.
- Experience in leading small teams/functions with a multi-skilled skill set.
- Experience of delivering KPIs/SLAs through their teams.
- Experience in customer services excellence, with a clear focus on providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in working collaboratively with internal and external team members.
