About the Role

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our care team, responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, providing support and companionship, and working collaboratively with our care team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with their food and drink, following care plans and ensuring they receive the best possible care.
  • Provide one-to-one time for our residents, engaging in conversations and building meaningful relationships.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful care environment, promoting dignity and well-being among our residents.

Requirements

  • No formal qualifications required, but relevant experience in caring for older adults is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and residents alike.
  • A positive attitude, empathy, and warm-hearted approach, with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £9.50-£10.50 per hour (dependent on experience), plus a range of benefits and rewards, including free training and development, access to wellbeing tools, and retail discounts.
