Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at one of our Barchester Healthcare care homes. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities, and creating meaningful moments for the residents.

The successful candidate will have experience of caring for older people, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will be essential in delivering the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
