Job Title: Academy Facilitator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging learning content across multiple business units, leveraging your expertise in facilitation and learning theory.
  • Collaborate with content design teammates to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing the Academy experience.
  • Provide classroom outreach, coordination, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery of learning programs.
  • Support employees across various lines of business with learning and development solutions, aligning with the bank's learning objectives and guidelines.
  • Evaluate training delivery modes, optimizing effectiveness and learning outcomes, and manage the logistics of delivering learning programs.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of facilitation and adult learning theory.
  • Ability to drive employee performance improvement and deliver coaching and feedback.
  • Experience in building and nurturing business relationships at all levels.
  • High level of MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to organize and handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in designing and developing learning content.
