Job Title: Academy Facilitator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging learning content across multiple business units, leveraging your expertise in facilitation and learning design.
  • Collaborate with content design teammates to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing the Academy experience.
  • Provide classroom outreach, coordination, and logistics to ensure a seamless learning experience for participants.
  • Support employees across various lines of business with learning and development solutions, ensuring that learning materials align with the bank's objectives and guidelines.
  • Evaluate training delivery methods to optimize effectiveness and learning outcomes, and manage the logistics of delivering learning programs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilitation or adult learning theory, with a solid understanding of learning design principles.
  • Ability to drive employee performance improvement through coaching and feedback.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in designing and developing learning content.
