Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at the Dental Education Facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading clinical standard setting, quality assurance, and clinical assessment programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical standard setting and quality assurance programs
- Appraise clinical supervisors
- Provide line management to clinical supervisors
- Represent the Dental Education Facility at the 6 weekly Dental Clinical Quality and Supervisors Meeting
- Foster close working relationships with Peninsula Dental School and its staff
- Lead patient safety initiatives
- Contribute to the clinical leads group and its workflow
Requirements
- Highly skilled and experienced clinical dentist
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
