About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator. This role is based in Coleraine and will involve identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in Northern Ireland.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for taking orders over the phone and assisting clients with enquiries. You will also generate orders from new and existing customers. The successful candidate will be offered full-time hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with a salary of £12 per hour.

This is a temporary position set to last a minimum of three months, however there is a good chance of a permanent opportunity after completing a successful probationary period. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-growing local wholesaler.

What We Need From You

  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • GCSE maths and English or equivalent, Grade C or higher.
