Internal Sales Representative

Haldane Fisher are a leading timber and builder’s merchants and have a reputation for innovation and excellence within their field. The company believes in their people and strives to provide excellent and reliable service to their customers.
Due to continued growth and future plans we wish to recruit a results focused Internal Sales Representative who will maximise sales while building good relationships with customers and continually striving to exceed their expectations. This role presents an excellent opportunity to make an impact and grow the business.
**Your Key Responsibilities will include**:
- Achieving sales, margin and quotation targets
- Pro-active management and ownership of branch accounts
- Supporting your external sales team to increase conversion rates
- Exceeding customer expectation and building lasting partnerships
- Using CRM and other digital tools
- Committed and passionate to providing **excellent customer service**:
- **Target driven** with a genuine passion for the customer
- Ability to work **under pressure** and to **tight timescales**:
- Able to work both **individuall**y and as part of a **branch team**:
- **IT savvy** and a proficient user of the wider **MS Office programmes**:
- Knowledge or experience of **building and timber products**
