We are partnering with a leading wholesale organisation to find a talented Business Development Manager to fill this exciting role in Coleraine. The position comes with a salary range of £32,000 - £42,000, plus a great benefits package, company car, and performance-related bonuses.
About the CompanyThe company we're working with is a long-established leader in wholesale, operating from an office in Coleraine. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be based in the field most days, with some office time on Fridays, overseeing your defined territory.Key Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow their business with our organisation
- Ensure accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account status updates
- Cooperate with account representatives to monitor sales pipelines and resolve any emerging issues
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing a history of successful sales growth and KPI achievement
