Job Summary:

VIPU Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site IT support to clients, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, networks, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage permissions and access control using Active Directory.
  • Configure and deploy IT equipment in classrooms and other settings.
  • Participate in infrastructure upgrades and maintenance to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders to ensure seamless IT support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a 2nd line support role, preferably in an education setting.
  • Proven expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, Windows 10/11, and hardware support.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems, networking, and IT security.
  • Ability to undergo a DBS check and possess a valid driving license.
  • Previous experience working in an education setting is highly desirable.

What We Offer:

VIPU Limited offers a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £36,000, depending on experience. We are committed to providing a supportive and challenging work environment that fosters growth and development.
