We are seeking an experienced and efficient administrative professional to join our Ophthalmology Department as a Reception and Booking Clerk. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent patient care and administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all patients.
- Manage patient appointments, bookings, and waiting lists, ensuring accurate and timely updates to our systems.
- Answer telephones, respond to queries, and provide information to patients and staff.
- Use the NHS E-Referral Service to upload referral letters to EPIC, ensuring seamless communication with our clinical teams.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, providing administrative support as needed.
