About the Role

This exciting opportunity requires a skilled and compassionate professional with experience of working with adults who are experiencing a range of mental health presentations. You will need a degree in health/social care or equivalent qualification/experience and evidence of continuous professional development in areas related to mental health.

You will be expected to undertake holistic and comprehensive assessments of individuals' mental health needs, develop and implement effective care plans, provide clinical supervision and mentoring, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous NHS pension scheme, flexible working options, and access to a range of wellbeing tools and services.
