A highly skilled Adult Mental Health Practitioner is needed to support children with SEMH, ASD, and ADHD in a primary school setting. Located in Windsor, this role involves assisting children with their behaviour in the classroom, helping with instructions, working 1:1 or in small groups, and recording pupil progress.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom.
- Assisting children with their understanding of teacher instructions.
- Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or working with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department.
- Keeping track and recording pupil progress.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be patient, and have experience working with children. This is a full-time position, and we estimate the salary to be around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
