SEND School Support Worker

We are recruiting for an experienced School Support Worker to join our team at Empowering Learning, a specialist school in Chesterfield. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and a passion for helping them achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualised support plans, providing emotional support and guidance to students, and working closely with teachers and staff to ensure seamless integration into the school community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised support plans for students
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students

- Attend meetings and provide updates on student progress
Requirements:
- Estimated salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
- Experience working with SEN students
