Weekend Loading Bay Coordinator

At PMR, we're seeking a skilled Weekend Loading Bay Coordinator to join our team at a prestigious Luxury Mixed Use Residential scheme in the City of London.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of goods through the loading bay facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the loading and unloading of goods at the loading bay facility.
  • Develop and implement loading bay policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyse loading bay performance metrics, such as loading times, and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Work closely with other departments, under the direction of the building/development manager, to ensure the smooth flow of goods through the loading bay facility.
  • Ensure that you undertake all necessary training and maintain training levels to a high standard, follow all safe working practices.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of loading bay operations and logistics.
