Job Title: Industrial Door and Loading Bay Engineer

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the industrial door and loading bay industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainee Industrial Door and Loading Bay Engineer to join our team at TDRS.

Job Summary:

We are a market leader in the industrial door and loading bay industry, and we are currently experiencing a period of substantial growth. As a result, we are looking to increase our Engineer headcount by nine in total, and we are seeking a mix of junior/intermediate/senior Engineers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Service, maintain, and repair industrial door systems, including sectional doors, speed doors, and roller shutters.
  2. Service, maintain, and repair loading bay equipment, including dock levelers, dock shelters, wheel locks, traffic light systems, and more.
  3. Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault finding.
  4. Basic electrical wiring.
  5. Identify additional sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience servicing, maintaining, and repairing industrial door systems.
  2. A valid UK driving license with no more than six points.
  3. An up-to-date CSCS Card.

  1. A competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000, with the potential to earn up to £44,000 OTE.
