Service Configuration and Improvement Specialist

In this challenging and rewarding position, you'll be responsible for defining and implementing SLAs and OLAs, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams. You'll also manage reporting and lead continual service improvement initiatives, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

- You have strong problem-solving skills and can investigate issues effectively

- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You're proficient in ITIL life cycle elements and related technologies
