• Design and implement disaster recovery, systems capacity, performance, and security solutions for internal and external systems and networks

• IP, ADSL and MPLS networks, Cisco VPN configuration, firewalls, routing, VLAN configuration, Cat 5 patching, capacity planning, teaming and route aggregation
• Support, deployment of handsets and headsets, configuration, capacity planning, IVM, RTA, Upgrades and patching, Management, retrieval, archiving, capacity and performance monitoring, IVR integration, First line support, fault monitoring, LAN extension, PRI, SIP
