We are seeking a highly skilled Exchange Server Specialist to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Exchange Server, Database Availability Groups, Active Directory, and PowerShell.

About the Role:
  • Provide technical support for Exchange Server environments, including email delivery, security, and database management.
  • Perform maintenance tasks such as patch management, volume and database management, and proactive service performance management.
  • Configure mail routing, internal and external SMTP routing, and manage the external mail hygiene service.
  • Develop governance policies and process improvements, including eDiscovery/DLP.
  • Document processes, procedures, and standards, and create end-user reference guides, FAQs, and eLearning materials.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years' experience in delivering Microsoft Exchange 2010/13 to desktop and mobile devices in a multi-site business.
  • Excellent knowledge of Group Policy, Virtual Server experience (VMWare), PowerShell scripting, and communicating in English.
  • Strong analytical skills to break down and understand information, and good organisational skills to manage and prioritise own workload.
