About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in analyzing, documenting, and proposing process and IT solutions for large business areas/projects.

With strong relationships with key business stakeholders, you will break down barriers to accurate requirements gathering and analysis. Your commercial experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Financial Services, will enable you to demonstrate evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes.

You will have a broad understanding of project management PRINCE 2 methodologies and an appreciation of Agile/SCRUM environments. This expertise, combined with your results-oriented approach and good communication and interpersonal skills, makes you an ideal candidate for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting, understanding, and translating business requirements into actionable insights.
  • Capturing and formulating User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyzing and documenting business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Serving as a liaison between internal customers and development teams to foster effective collaboration.
  • Fostering relationships with key business stakeholders to enhance business analysis best practice.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to plan and facilitate workshops to drive project momentum.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
  • Inquisitive and able to explore processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills to develop team members.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits that support your career growth and well-being.
