At Elevation Recruitment Group, we are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our team based in Wetherby. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about driving continuous improvement and making a real impact.

About the Role
  • Lead and drive the Lean improvement journey, helping the business develop its processes and people towards a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Work across all areas of the business to create meaningful, long-lasting change.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Continuous Improvement (CI) role, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify root causes and resolve issues. They will also be able to work independently, manage their time well, and prioritise tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and enhance data and systems that support performance monitoring.
  2. Collect and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and generate actionable solutions.
  3. Coach and support teams in Root Cause Analysis and practical problem-solving.
  4. Lead teams to implement corrective and preventative actions when issues arise.
