Process Governance and Improvement Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT Process Analyst to join our team at Novuna, a leading financial services provider.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving processes across Group IT, ensuring they comply with corporate governance requirements. This involves process reviews, documentation, and stakeholder meetings.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Create process flow documentation from information gathered during stakeholder meetings
- Ensure all processes are completed within a timely manner and accurately documented
- Identify potential improvements across Group IT's processes and manage updates
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to problem-solve and think creatively
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
