About The Role

MandM Direct is seeking a talented Team Leader to join our growing team in Moreton on Lugg, Herefordshire. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of Outbound Warehouse operatives and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Outbound Warehouse operatives to achieve departmental KPIs and targets
  • Monitor departmental performance and provide feedback to staff
  • Conduct daily briefings and organize tasks and targets for the team
  • Assist with absence management and participate in return to work meetings
  • Prepare and complete appraisals, identifying future talent and communicating training needs
  • Ensure the health and safety of the team and area
About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience of responsibility in a work environment, strong leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work in a professional manner, demonstrate excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and have a strong work ethic and eagerness to lead by example.
