Working Pattern: Onsite, 5/7 rota working two weekends out of three 1:45pm-10:15pm

Job Summary

MandM Direct, one of the biggest employers in Herefordshire and a leading online, off-price retailer, is seeking a talented Team Leader to join our growing Replenishment department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of VNA and Shunter Drivers, as well as Replen warehouse operatives, and ensuring the smooth operation of our depots.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a team of warehouse operatives to achieve KPIs and output targets
  2. Monitor and report on health and safety incidents, including near misses
  3. Manage absence and appraisal processes
  4. Oversee the day-to-day running of the depots

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience of responsibility in a work environment
  • Strong leadership qualities and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • A strong work ethic and eagerness to lead by example
