The Role Scope
You will be responsible for the effective management of a shift in our INBOUND warehouse with duties including but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
- Running daily team meetings and conducting regular 1 to 1 meetings with Supervisors
- Working with agency partners to flex labour requirements to meet demand
- Dealing with any staffing issues across the shift
- Evaluating operatives to enhance their KPI performance, development and work productivity
- Addressing performance issues and making recommendations
- Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are clear, monitored and strictly followed
About You
About You
Great proven experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain sectors
To be a strong team player and natural at motivating others
Proven previous experience as a manager, involving sizable teams
The ability to train, coach, and mentor others
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
The ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks
To be a quick thinker with a problem-solving attitude who makes effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
