The Role

We are recruiting for a talented Warehouse Shift Lead to join our growing team. As a Warehouse Shift Lead, you will be responsible for the effective management of a shift in our INBOUND warehouse with duties including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Running daily team meetings and conducting regular 1 to 1 meetings with Supervisors
  • Working with agency partners to flex labour requirements to meet demand
  • Dealing with any staffing issues across the shift
  • Evaluating operatives to enhance their KPI performance, development and work productivity
  • Addressing performance issues and making recommendations
  • Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are clear, monitored and strictly followed

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone with great proven experience in Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain sectors. You should be a strong team player and natural at motivating others. Proven previous experience as a manager, involving sizable teams, is essential. You should also have the ability to train, coach, and mentor others, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
