Working Pattern: Onsite, 5/7 rota working two weekends out of three 1:45pm-10:15pm

Job Summary

MandM Direct is seeking a talented Team Leader to join our growing team. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Outbound warehouse operatives, monitoring department KPI results, and providing feedback to staff.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of Outbound warehouse operatives
  2. Monitor department KPI results and provide feedback to staff
  3. Start of shift communication briefings, organizing daily tasks and targets for the team
  4. Assist with absence management, including participation in return to work meetings
  5. Prepare and effectively complete appraisals, identifying future talent and communicating training needs
  6. Responsible for health and safety of the team and area

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience of responsibility in a work environment, strong leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills. You should also have strong organizational and prioritization skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to lead by example.
