About the Role
Stock Controller - Inbound
Job Summary
MandM Direct is seeking a highly skilled Stock Controller to join our team in Moreton on Lugg, Herefordshire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the processing of received customer orders, running stock replenishment orders, and maximizing the capacity of the outbound warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Process received customer orders in a timely manner for the Goods In operation
- Run stock replenishment orders and maximize the capacity of the outbound warehouse
- Run, process, and analyze warehouse management reports
- Coordinate and perform stock checks as required
- Use data to make efficient and effective changes to the outbound warehouse and look for further areas of improvement
- Maintain the production of workflow for Goods In team through order processing
- Work in a small team to maximize the capacity of the Inbound warehouse
Requirements
- Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of WMS (although full training will be given)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the business
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and multitask on a wide range of jobs
