Store Unit Manager Opportunity
A leading menswear retailer is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee their store unit based within a Ross Labels Ltd outlet. As a Store Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store team, organizing staff rotas, sales, and customer service, as well as merchandising stock and operating the till and card machine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the store team and ensure excellent customer service
- Organize staff rotas and schedules to meet business needs
- Merchandise stock to maximize sales and profitability
- Operate the till and card machine efficiently
- Monitor and control store expenses

Requirements:
- Managerial experience within a retail environment

Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week between store opening times, with additional hours required from time to time to cover staff shortages or busy periods.
