Key Responsibilities:- Manage the store unit and team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Organize staff rotas, sales, and customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Merchandise stock to maximize sales and minimize waste.
- Use till and card machine to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Managerial experience within a fashion retail environment.
- Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic salary: £23,500, OTE: £27,000 in the first year, including excellent bonus and commission.
- 28 days holiday, workplace pension scheme, staff discount scheme, and full training on all stock.
