Store Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Unit Manager to join our team at Ross Labels Ltd, Labels Outlet Shopping. As a Store Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store unit and team, organizing staff rotas, sales, and customer service, merchandising stock, and using the till and card machine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the store unit and team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Organize staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Merchandise stock to maximize sales and visual appeal.
- Use the till and card machine to process sales and handle customer transactions.
Requirements:
- Managerial experience within a fashion retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of retail systems.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £23,500 basic, with the potential to earn up to £27,000 in the first year, including excellent bonus and commission.
