Store Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our menswear store unit within Ross Labels Ltd, Labels Outlet Shopping, Overross, Ross on Wye, Herefordshire.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a retail store, with a strong focus on customer service, sales growth, and team management.
Our client is a leading menswear retailer with a strong presence in the UK market, and this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and stock management.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including stock, labor, and overheads.
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase stock that meets the needs of the business and customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Knowledge of menswear retail and the ability to stay up-to-date with fashion trends.
