Working Pattern: Onsite, 5/7 rota working two weekends out of three 1:45pm-10:15pm

Job Summary

MandM Direct, one of Europe's leading online, off-price retailers, is seeking a talented Team Leader to join our growing Replenishment department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of VNA and Shunter Drivers, as well as Replen warehouse operatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the KPI and output of your team, ensuring high productivity and efficiency.
  2. Monitor and report on Health & Safety, including near misses and absence/appraisal management.
  3. Day-to-day running of the Depots, including inventory management and logistics coordination.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience of responsibility in a work environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide your team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional work manner.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with a strong work ethic and eagerness to lead by example.
