At Gear4music, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in the music industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects and tasks across the organization, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, identify risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks to ensure project success.
  • Prepare regular reports for the CEO on project status, KPIs, and business metrics.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an executive assistant role, with additional project management experience preferred.
  • Proficient in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and communication platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Comfortable holding senior stakeholders accountable for project deliverables and resolving issues without escalation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in managing the CEO's communications and project deliverables.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the CEO and take initiative in managing priorities and projects.
