About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Otis. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing project plans and schedules, including resource allocation and budgeting
- Managing project teams, including indirect reports and subcontractors
- Coordinating with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Strong project management experience, ideally in the construction or lift industry
- Experience with modernisation or large-scale repair projects is highly desirable
- Good IT knowledge and familiarity with project management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
