Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Healthcare Assistant Manager to join our Healthstartn team. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.

In this role, you will oversee the coordination of clinical activities, provide guidance to junior staff members, and maintain accurate records. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask will enable you to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate clinical activities, including scheduling appointments and procedures.
  • Supervise and guide junior staff members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA standards.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams regarding test results, appointment schedules, and other important information.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in clinical support or nursing role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications.


Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
