Job Summary

As a Bank Registered Nurse at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents in our care homes. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to create personalized care plans, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide medicine safely.

Main Responsibilities

">

You will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN). Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, you can look forward to a range of benefits, including free learning and development opportunities, paid time off, and access to our employee assistance programme.
