About the Role

As a Senior Healthcare Professional at Barchester, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents in a compassionate and person-centered manner. Your clinical expertise and professional judgement will be essential in creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals with a range of physical and mental needs.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) who can develop tailored care plans, provide medicine safely, and deliver excellence across everything they do. The successful candidate will have current NMC registration, a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, and experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents in line with their individual needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide medication management and administration according to established protocols.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of care plans to ensure resident safety and well-being.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience, with additional benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and holiday pay.
