The Priory is looking for a skilled Healthcare Assistant Professional to join our multidisciplinary team.

About the Role:

This role involves providing high-quality care support to service users, promoting their overall well-being and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver personalized care plans, focusing on meeting the unique needs of each service user.
  2. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, ensuring service users' dignity and comfort.
  3. Support individuals with mobility issues and physical disabilities, helping them manage necessary equipment and aids.
  4. Provide temporary care assistance due to illness or disability, prioritizing service user well-being and safety.
  5. Foster mental and physical well-being through engaging activities, encouraging social interaction and recreational pursuits.
  6. Perform light cleaning tasks, including making beds, tidying rooms, and setting tables and trays, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
  7. Assist with meal preparation and serving, feeding service users who require help, and washing up.
  8. Participate in reports, meetings, and training activities as directed.
  9. Carry out additional duties as reasonably required, adhering to the unit's guidelines and policies at all times.
Requirements:
  • A caring and empathetic approach towards service users.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an MDT team.
Estimated Salary Range:

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
