We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Bank Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will work on a flexible basis, providing cover as and when needed, to support our residents in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Bank Care Assistant will include:
- Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing and toileting
- Assisting residents with their food and drink, ensuring they receive a high-quality dining experience
- Following care plans to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care and support
- Building relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and companionship
- Working collaboratively with other members of the care team to deliver exceptional care and support
Requirements
To be successful as a Bank Care Assistant, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you will have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
