If so, we would love to hear from you As a Counter Team Coordinator at Eataly London, you will be responsible for leading our deli counter team and ensuring the smooth operation of our Cheese and Dry Meats, Fishmonger, and Butchery counters.

About the Team:

You will be part of a dynamic and passionate team who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality food products. Our team members are enthusiastic about food and committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a chef or in a similar deli role, with hands-on experience using slicers, knives, and other specialized deli equipment. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of fresh counter associates
  • Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness are maintained
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
