Job Summary

We are seeking an undergraduate student in a sandwich year course to join our DevOps Team as a Junior DevOps Engineer. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development pipeline for national systems underpinning Counter Terrorism Policing operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and operation of software through tools, environments, and practices. As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with developers and engineers to ensure that software development follows established processes and works as intended.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active participation in the development and operation of the DevOps pipeline, including testing and deploying product updates, and improving automation and monitoring.
  • Collaboration with developers and engineers to ensure adherence to established processes and effective software development.
About You

To be eligible for this role, you must be an undergraduate student returning to study in autumn 2026. A strong understanding of software development and a passion for working in a dynamic team environment are essential.
