Administrator in Medical Records

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Administrator in Medical Records to cover on a flexible (as and when) basis. The successful candidate will work closely with our Medical Records team to prepare medical records prior to outpatient clinics and transport those records to the relevant department(s).
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking primary responsibility for the accurate preparation, tracking, and storage of all medical records for the hospital;
- Preparing medical records prior to outpatient clinics, and the effective transportation of those records to the relevant department(s), inclusive of filing upon completion;
- Ensuring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, due to the high volume of appointments the hospital manages on a daily basis.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, accurate, and able to work well under pressure. Experience working in a similar environment would be beneficial but is not necessary, as full training will be provided. You must be a good communicator and have good computer literacy.
