Spire Healthcare is a leading healthcare provider offering world-class care to patients across the South of England and internationally.
We are currently seeking a motivated and adaptable Medical Administrator to join our Medical Records team on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate preparation, tracking, and storage of all medical records for the hospital. This includes preparing medical records prior to outpatient clinics and effectively transporting those records to the relevant department(s).
This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, accurate, and able to work well under pressure. Experience working in a similar environment would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation and maintenance of accurate medical records
- Effective communication with colleagues and management
- Maintenance of high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
