Administrative Role in Healthcare

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Administrative Professional to join our reception team at Spire Southampton Hospital. As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for administering patient records, managing the hospital switchboard, and performing various administrative tasks. You will also work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in administration and customer service is essential.
Responsibilities:
